Certificate Issuance

This section covers the procedures for certificate issuance within Middleware.

• TLS server certificates and user certificates (Personal Digital Certificates) can be requested through the Certificate Manager web application, as detailed in the Certificate Manager section.

• Additionally, a REST API endpoint is available for querying certificates issued by the web application, as outlined in the REST API section.

• Middleware Client certificates, on the other hand, are issued through the ED Middleware Services REST endpoint, as explained in the Manual Client Certificate Issuance section.
