Problem Statements
There exists no mechanism for deprovisioning unused/expired tickets. Typically tickets are deleted when they are consumed; this scheduled service is required to clean up tickets that are never claimed/used.
Functional Requirements
Ticket Expiration Task
Delete tickets whose expiration date has passed.
Nonfunctional Requirements
Must be implemented as a clustered JBoss service.
