Requirements

Problem Statements

  • There exist no mechanism for administrating ED tickets.

Functional Requirements

  1. Ability to create a ticket with the following information:
    • Person UID for whom the ticket applies
    • Type of ticket
    • Expiration date of ticket
  2. Ability to delete a ticket
  3. Ability to retrieve all tickets of a specific type for a specific person
  4. Ability to mark a ticket as processed

Nonfunctional Requirements

  1. Must be implemented as a clustered stateless session bean.
