There exists no mechanism for locking PID accounts based on expired passwords.
Functional Requirements
PID Lock Task
Ability to lock a PID
Password expiration date must have arrived
PID must be in the 'ACTIVE' state before it can be locked
Nonfunctional Requirements
Must be implemented as a clustered JBoss service.
