Problem Statements
There exists no mechanism for deprovisioning guest people.
Functional Requirements
Guest Expiration Task
Delete guest people that have not authenticated in the past 12 months.
Guest Cleanup Task
Delete prevalidated guest people that have not completed the registration process within 48 hours of guest creation.
Nonfunctional Requirements
Must be implemented as a clustered JBoss service.
